Lineup terms of service
Effective August 11, 2026
Lineup is published by BRC Cafe Inc. These terms cover the Lineup phone app and the Lineup web console. Using either means you accept them.
Who may use Lineup
Lineup is a private tool for the staff of BRC Cafe Inc and the venues it operates. There is no public sign-up and no way to create your own account. Your account is created for you by your management, and it exists so you can do your job. If you have come across the app without being given an account by your management, it is not for you and there is nothing here you can use.
Your account
- Your sign-in is yours. Do not share it, and do not sign in as anyone else.
- Tell your management straight away if you think someone else has your password. You can also sign other devices out from inside the app.
- Management can change your password, change what you can see, or switch your account off — including when you stop working at the venue.
Using it properly
What you record in Lineup is a business record other people rely on, so record what actually happened. Do not enter anything you know to be false, do not use the app to harass anyone, and do not take proof photos of anything beyond the work you are documenting. Do not try to reach data belonging to a venue you do not work at, or to get around the limits on what your account can see.
What Lineup costs
Nothing. There is nothing to buy in the app, no subscription, and no payment of any kind.
The records in it
Schedules, attendance, duty check-offs, notes and counts entered in Lineup are business records of BRC Cafe Inc. What is collected and how long it is kept is set out in the privacy policy, and what can and cannot be erased is on the account deletion page.
Availability, and no warranty
Lineup is provided as is. BRC Cafe Inc does not promise it will be available without interruption or free of errors, and gives no warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. The app is built to keep working without a connection and to send your work when one returns, but no software is perfect — if something you recorded does not appear where you expect it, tell the office rather than assuming it sent.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BRC Cafe Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of Lineup, or for lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here affects any right you have as an employee or contractor under wage-and-hour or other employment law.
Ending your access
Your access lasts as long as your management says it does, and ends when your work at the venue ends. You can stop using Lineup at any time; ask your management to switch your account off.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the effective date at the top of this page changes with them. Carrying on using Lineup after that date means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
