Deleting a Lineup account

Effective August 11, 2026

Lineup accounts are created by management, not by the people who use them — there is no public sign-up. Deletion works the same way: you ask, and someone at BRC Cafe Inc does it.

How to ask

Either of these works, and you do not need to be able to sign in:

What happens to your account

Your sign-in is switched off immediately, on every device. You can no longer open the app, and nobody can sign in as you.

If your account never recorded any work — a test login, or one created by mistake — it is erased outright, along with the device tokens and sign-in records attached to it. Nothing remains.

What is kept, and why

If you did record work, that work stays. Attendance entries, completed duties, nightly counts, schedules and notes are business records of BRC Cafe Inc— other records point at them, and the venue's history of who worked which night has to remain accurate. Your name stays attached to the work you did, and your account appears under former staff rather than disappearing.

This is the same as any employer's timekeeping records. It is not a copy of Lineup we keep for our own purposes: the records exist because the shifts happened.

What is removed either way

If you never used the app

Entertainers and other people recorded in Lineup by management do not have accounts and never signed in. If you are recorded in Lineup that way and want to know what is held or ask for a correction, contact the venue that entered you, or write to the address below and we will put you in touch.
